Word of mouth: Its like running in marshmallows! I'm a huge Asics fan, and I have owned a few pairs of Asics's Gel but I have to say that these are far more cushioned than previous ones but I think the stability of the shoe has suffered a bit as a result. The traction is great and keeps me from slipping in the kitchen I work in. You really can't go wrong with these. I needed some jogging sneakers for a course I'm taking in college next quarter. I wanted some sneakers that would give me good support because I've got a little bit of a history of foot problems, but I don't really like the look of all the traditional athletic shoes. Asics sneakers are great because of the rockin' vintage design and colors, but they also have plenty of support and are extremely comfortable.dmill. I was surprised at the top-level quality of these shoes. The initial fit is a little stiff around the top of the shoe and at the end of the tongue. But after a few days, they softened up and now do not cause any discomfort. The compliments were unbelievable.
